As a reflection of Quaker values, residents are encouraged to design their own lifestyle, share a sense of community, and collaborate respecting one another as equals. Our guest, Larry Elveru, director of communications and public relations, points out that residents have a seat on the community boards of directors, develop and lead activities programming, and create ties with nearby colleges and universities.
