Kim Scott as I noted in my article, “What Kind of Radical Candor Do You Practice?”, is one of my leadership heroes and I had the privilege of interviewing her about her new book on diversity (out sometime in 2020). Much of the interview focused on three kinds of prejudice we all face and even perpetuate from time to time.
Kim provides a powerful framework for thinking about these prejudices and for having meaningful conversations.
Below are two versions of the video. The first is a version that even with editing I could only get down to about 8 minutes. The longer version is much more powerful and includes some great stories that did not make the shorter version.
